Nine Pines: a three-bedroom family apartment in Rovaniemi
A real Finnish family home in Korkalovaara, made for families and groups of up to 9. Proper beds for six, a kitchen you can really cook in, washer and dryer, balcony and free parking at the door.

Six guests sleep in proper beds; the living-room beds suit children, teenagers or one more adult. Doors to close at night — everyone gets their own room.
Living and eating
A big dining table seats six and a second table seats two, so all nine of you eat at the same time. The living room has a sofa, a TV and floor space for children to play.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and enough pots, pans, plates and glasses for the whole group.
Bathrooms and laundry
One bathroom with shower plus a separate second toilet, so nine people are not queuing for one door in the morning.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are in the apartment: after a day in the snow, everything is dry by morning.

- Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00; early/late by arrangement
- Finnish law asks us to keep a short traveller form per group — two minutes
- Winter temperatures can drop below −25 °C: proper shoes and a hat matter more than the jacket

Is Nine Pines big enough for 8 or 9 people?
Yes — 103 m² on one floor with three bedrooms, a living room and two toilets. Six sleep in real beds, up to three more on the sofa bed and armchair bed. Please book with the real number of guests; linen and the price are set by it.
Is there parking at the apartment?
One free parking space in the yard, right next to the entrance, with room for a car with a roof box. We leave an ice scraper and snow brush for you.
How far is it to Santa Claus Village and the airport?
About 15 minutes by car to both. The bus stop is 150 m away: buses 4 and 5 go to the centre in 10 minutes, and bus 8 continues from there to Santa Claus Village, so you can do Rovaniemi without a car.
Can we see the northern lights from the apartment?
Korkalovaara is darker than downtown. On a strong night the aurora shows from the yard; for a proper hunt, our guests get 5 % off the northern-lights tours with code NINEPINES5.
Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Both, in the apartment. Snowsuits go in after dinner and are dry by morning.
Do you have a cot and things for small children?
A baby cot is free on request, there are colouring books, and the sofa bed is sized for two children.
